"As always, State Farm came to the rescue! We’ve been policy holders for 32 years and each time we’ve had excellent service. Today I noticed that my daughter, who has had her own policy for over two years, was still listed on ours. It’s my fault for not catching this before. I figured that I would be told that only a certain period could be refunded but to my surprise, Andrea said it can all be refunded and SHE would check with the other State Farm agent for confirmation!!! What a relief that through my own error of not confirming my daughter was removed, would still make us eligible for a full refund. It’s like Christmas! Thank you Andrea and Pete Fay’s office for coming to the rescue!"

"My wife and I are preparing for retirement. We met with Pete in his office a couple of times over a 60 day period. First to see what the next “best steps” might be and later to sign everything after we had a chance to think about items. Most importantly, Pete picked up a financial mistake I was about to make that will save my family many thousands of wasted dollars. There was no financial incentive for him to not give me what I asked him for. He had the strong ethical backbone to do the right thing by me. Pete quickly took the time to skillfully layout my options. I don’t run across many offices in this hustle to retirement with the warmth and kindest that is so frequently shown by this one. It’s led at the top by a very knowledgeable, kind and caring man. It’s how you’re supposed to feel when your insurance man is helping guide you through changes in life."
